Seeing as our products are personalized gifts, we must ensure that all sales are final. We cannot take back an item that has already been produced, as the cost of the waste would be too great. However, if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we can and will do everything in our power to remedy the problem and make your gift perfect!
Also, although we use PhotoShop to edit all photos that go on our crystals, we do not run a business for the sole-purpose of editing your photos. We are not wizards, therefore the quality of your photo and the way it fits is not in our complete control. Photos must be a good size, good quality, and of course the right shape to be fitted to a crystal. If they are not, there is only so much we can do. If you have any concerns about your picture and its quality, please use our contact form and send us the picture along with an enquiry! We can always give you the go-ahead before you make the commitment of buying a product.
